Terms of Service

By accessing or using Tools360 (tools360.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These terms apply to all users of Tools360, including users who access the service without creating an account.

Tools360 provides a suite of online PDF processing tools including but not limited to: compression, merging, splitting, conversion, encryption, digital signing, redaction, and AI-powered analysis.

The service is provided free of charge for standard use. Optional premium plans may be introduced in the future — existing free features will remain free.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

You may use Tools360 only for lawful purposes. You must not upload documents that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.

You must not use Tools360 to process documents that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material you do not have permission to process.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or processing infrastructure. Automated bulk processing beyond normal use is prohibited without a Business plan.

You must not use Tools360 to process documents containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that is illegal under Indian law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload to Tools360. We claim no rights over your content.

You are solely responsible for the documents you upload and process. By uploading a document, you confirm that you have the right to process it and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws.

You acknowledge that Tools360 processes documents automatically without human review. We are not responsible for the accuracy of conversions, OCR results, or AI-generated summaries.

Sensitive documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements, medical records) should be handled with care. While we delete files automatically, you are responsible for ensuring you download and secure your processed files.

Tools360 is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Tools360 and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

This includes but is not limited to: data loss, document corruption, failed conversions, or any loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed ₹500 (five hundred Indian rupees).

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Tools360 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at legal@tools360.in. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

User accounts are optional. All core tools are available without an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Paid subscriptions (when available) are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the premium features. Contact billing@tools360.in for refund requests.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
