Privacy Policy

Tools360 is designed as a zero-account, zero-log utility. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email, or any personal information to use any of our PDF tools.

When you upload a file, it is transmitted over HTTPS to our processing servers. The file is held in temporary memory only for the duration of processing and is never written to permanent storage.

If you choose to sign in (when accounts are enabled), we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your chosen OAuth provider (Google or GitHub). This information is stored only in a secure session cookie on your device — not in any database.

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., which tools are used most frequently) through Google Analytics if you have not opted out. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

Files uploaded to Tools360 are processed on our secure servers using industry-standard encryption. All data transfers use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 60 minutes of processing, regardless of whether you download the result. In most cases, files are deleted immediately after the download is initiated.

We do not read, analyse, copy, or share the contents of your documents. Our processing is fully automated — no human ever sees your files.

We do not use your documents to train AI models or for any purpose other than performing the specific tool operation you requested.

We use a single session cookie (pdf_studio_session) only when you are signed in. This cookie is HttpOnly, Secure, and expires after 30 days. It contains only your session token — no tracking data.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage patterns. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation enabled. You can opt out by using a browser extension like uBlock Origin or by disabling JavaScript.

We use localStorage to remember your language preference (Hindi/English) and recently used tools. This data never leaves your device.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or any form of cross-site tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or document contents to any third party under any circumstances.

We use the following third-party services: Google Analytics (usage analytics), Google OAuth / GitHub OAuth (optional sign-in), Formspree (contact form submissions), Razorpay (payment processing when subscriptions are active).

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

We may disclose information if required by Indian law, court order, or government authority. We will notify you of such requests where legally permitted.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Since we store minimal data, this primarily applies to your account information if you have signed in.

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at privacy@tools360.in. We will process your request within 7 business days.

You have the right to withdraw consent for analytics at any time by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to know what data we process, correct inaccurate data, and nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

Tools360 operates in full compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

We comply with the UIDAI guidelines for handling Aadhaar-related documents. Our Aadhaar masking tool processes documents locally and does not transmit Aadhaar numbers to any external service.

For users in the European Union, we comply with GDPR requirements. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (providing the service you requested).

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
